NDIS Reports

We complete detailed, evidence-based reports to support access to and ongoing use of NDIS funding. These reports may include Functional Capacity Reports, Plan Review Reports, Letters of Recommendation and more. Home Modification

We complete detailed, evidence-based Home Modification assessments to support access to and ongoing use of NDIS funding. These assessments identify home safety risks and environmental barriers, and provide practical recommendations to reduce risk and improve safe function at home. Each assessment reflects the participant’s personalised goals and provides the NDIS with the information needed to guide funding decisions.

Assistive Technology (AT) Assessment

We complete detailed, evidence-based Assistive Technology (AT) assessments to support access to and ongoing use of NDIS funding. These assessments identify functional challenges and safety risks, and recommend suitable AT items to improve independence, participation, and wellbeing. Each assessment reflects the participant’s personalised goals and provides the NDIS with the information needed to guide funding decisions.

Ongoing Therapeutic Intervention

We provide ongoing therapeutic intervention to support participants to build skills, increase independence, and improve participation in daily life. Therapy is tailored to the participant’s personalised goals and targets functional areas such as self-care, routines, community access, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. Intervention is delivered using practical, evidence-based strategies to support meaningful and sustainable outcomes within the NDIS framework.
